Hi! I am a first year CS PhD student at Purdue University advised by Jeremiah Blocki. I am fortunate to be supported by the CS Deptartment's Presidential Excellence PhD Award. Previously, I completed my CS BS + CS MS at Carnegie Mellon University, where I was advised by Rashmi Vinayak.
My research interests lie in the intersection of coding theory and cryptography. What are the fundamental trade-offs between security and fault tolerance? Moreover, what assumptions permit cryptography to be beneficial in coding theory and vice versa?
